Together we are stronger

In November 2013 the bodies of the Stiftung Europrofession and the  ASKO EUROPA-STIFTUNG decided on fusing the two foundations.

For this purpose, the Stiftung Europrofession was dissolved in 2014 and its assets were transferred to the ASKO EUROPA-STIFTUNG on December 31, 2014. The definite extinction of the Stiftung Europrofession was announced in the official journal Amtsblatt des Saarlandes of September 24, 2015.

The purpose of the Stiftung Europrofession as laid down in its statutes became a permanent and integral part of the statutes of the ASKO EUROPA-Stiftung. Under the umbrella of the ASKO EUROPA-STIFTUNG, the former working priorities of the foundation Stiftung Europrofession will be continued in line with the purpose of the foundation as stipulated in both statutes.

Strengths and skills were combined in the context of the fusion and led to a further strengthening of the foundation. This guarantees the adequate implementation of its non-profit work and its support for projects over the long term.
